But recently, a new Randy Orton meme came from outta nowhere, and with a special guest: the Surprised Randy Orton, taken from the end of Survivor Series 2005. It came when Orton won the match only for some druids to bring out a casket.

This meme where The Undertaker is a shoe and Randy Orton is a child is all too real, especially because the lights changed in the arena when Undertaker showed up.
One of the more novel tricks in video gaming, the original Metal Gear Solid video game had a scene where the enemy Psycho Mantis used his psychic powers to mess with the player. If you played other Konami games, the MGS game would detect the saves on your memory card and Mantis would start talking about them. What's more, Psycho Mantis would instruct you to leave the controller on the table so he could move it -- with his mind! In reality, it was just the controller's vibration function, but it was cool.

This is a meme all about how older adults don't quite understand technology even if they totally embrace it. The scenario is that the wi-fi is down, but is easily fixed. The Undertaker represents the idea that all you had to do was reset the router.

Here's another innocuous, broadly appealing meme. It's just a brother killing a spider for his sister, but this meme totally works due to the incongruity of the everyday scenario and the intense, operatic pro wrestling scene that is meant to represent it. This meme is extra good for the crude but effective photoshop of multiple eyes on Randy Orton's face to represent the myriad eyes of a spider. It would have worked just fine without the eyes, but their presence makes it way funnier.
After looking at a bunch of "Randy Orton reacting to The Undertaker" memes, you can't go wrong with an ironic, meta, on-the-nose representation of these kinds of label-based online jokes. Here the labels are exactly what's depicted in the images, which is pretty good on its own. But what really puts this one over the top is the completely superfluous "Randy Orton when The Undertaker arrives" caption at the bottom, which simultaneously adds nothing and everything.
1 Telecommute
This meme is also exclusively about wrestling but in a different and even funnier way. It's also probably meant to relate to the COVID-19 pandemic -- which has put a lot of wrestlers out of work, especially if they're not working for the major televised promotions -- but people work from home all the time, so it's broad enough. There's the incongruity of wrestlers working from home when their job requires them to be in public arenas, plus the idea that they'd just grapple with family members while they telecommute. The only thing is that loads of wrestlers are married to one another these days, so it seems like more of a possibility than ever.
